Research Interests

The primary goal of my research program is to help reduce the burden of diabetes and diabetes-related complications. My major projects at this time are helping to examine continuous blood glucose levels and physical activity patterns in people with type 1 diabetes. The work is a collaboration with the Illinois Institute of Technology and will be used in the development of an artificial pancreas.
