Research Interests
- Join a research team with myself, graduate students, and other undergraduates studying people who identify as non-binary, opting out of gender categories of female and male.
- Students will be involved literature reviews, transcription and analysis (coding, thematic memos) of interview transcripts. We will provide training for transcription and for the use of a software package used in qualitative analysis. Students will also have the opportunity to meet with a research team bi-weekly to discuss their progress and findings. If students stay with the project for a full year, they will have an opportunity to learn how to do in=-depth interviews, and to do a small number of interviews.
