    Research Interest:
    My research focuses on studying the role of gut microbiome in regulating host metabolism under physiological conditions like pregnancy and dietary changes like fiber consumption (versus western diet).

    Minimum time commitment in hours per week: 12

    Qualifications of a Student:
    Preferably, in second year as an undergrad, with majors in the biological sciences or related discipline. Prior wet lab experience not essential but is a plus.

    Brief Summary of what is expected from the student:
    Students should be able to devote at least 4-5 hours in lab for two consecutive days and should be open to both in vitro and mouse work.
