Research Interest:
Children's and adolescents' social and moral reasoning. I currently have 2 projects that will require coding of interview data. One involves interviews with 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 year old children about their ideas of acts that they think should be their own business and how their justifications may connect up to their construction of self . The other is a study of children and adolescents concepts of harm and beneficence.

Qualifications of a Student:
Student must have had a course in developmental/child psychology or have completed EPSY 255 at UIC. Student should be a Psychology or Education major.
