    1)SPECIAL PROJECTS FOR FALL 2016
    A) Seeking undergraduate(s) interested in developing an Image Gallery Website to accompany class discussions of literary works (poems, stories, or novels) frequently taught in SPAN 210 and 212. Student may receive independent Study or Honors College activity credit for the work (up to 3 semester credits).

    Minimum time commitment in hours per week: 3

    Qualifications of a Student:
    Requirements:Students must have successfully completed SPAN 212 with a grade of B or above, and have basic knowledge of how to build an image gallery. Minimum GPA of 2.7 and willingness to spend a minimum of 3 hrs. weekly on the project.

    Brief Summary of what is expected from the student:
    Expectation: Student will carefully document historical or cultural events, places or popular culture items (film clips, comics, magazines) referenced in the stories and novels studied and which most applicants will have read in SPAN 210 or 212.
