(1) With background knowledge in one of the following majors is recommended: electrical engineering, physics, material science, or chemistry. (2) Working hard. Brief Summary of what is expected from the student:
(1) To learn the knowledge and gain experience in one of the three directions within 1-2 summer research periods: (i) nano-structured materials growth; (ii) nanodevice fabrications; (iii) characterizations on electronic devices.
