Theatre Technology, including woodworking, moldmaking, scenic painting, and metalworking techniques. Also, lighting, projection and sound. Minimum time commitment in hours per week: 5 Qualifications of a Student:
prior experience with hand/power woodworking tools, ability to lift 40lbs. Brief Summary of what is expected from the student:
Assistance in the shop building, placing and securing scenery. This entails use of hand and power tools to build flats and platforms, etc., paint drops and scenery, lift/move scenery into place and secure it. Additional tasks may include assistance hanging and focusing lights, hanging curtains, and other theatre tasks as needed. Contact researcher via URE Email Webform
