Brief Summary of what is expected from the student:
In Fall 2018 I will be supervising a project titled "Robot Kinematics" as part of the Mathematics Computer Laboratory. Details can be found at: http://mcl.math.uic.edu/fall-2018-projects/#kinematics In short this project will focus on understanding the mathematics underlying the problem of how a to adjust the different pieces of a robot arm so that it can reach a given position.
