I am looking for undergraduate research assistants to support research related to my project that analyzes the role of social policy in addressing or exacerbating racial disparities in COVID-19 infections and death. This is a qualitative project based in Chicago. We are interviewing policymakers and state actors, as well as vulnerable communities in 4 neighborhoods in Chicago. We need students who are fluent in Spanish to transcribe interviews in Spanish (not translate them). Students can also use existing data to write a research report or take part in the Research Forum.
