Technical Direction for live theatrical productions. Lighting as an expressive artistic element. Scenery as a graphic and expressive artistic element. Preferred Theatre major with strong interest in scenery construction and lighting, or related interests in scenic/decorative environments. Prerequisites of THTR 150 and 250 or 256 and 283 preferred but field experience also acceptable. Sophomore level or above, or Freshman with significant arts experience. Brief Summary of what is expected from the student:
